Job Overview

The 2025 Delivery Operations Manager role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a team, ensuring smooth delivery and exceptional customer experience.

This senior-level position requires a strong leadership background, with experience in call center management, sales, and revenue growth.


Responsibilities:
  • Analyze client service level agreements and implement improvement plans as needed to maximize revenue generation.
  • Develop and manage performance of direct reports and their associates, including planning and assigning work according to organizational policies.
  • Manage operational reports, attendance adherence, PFP, client scorecards, metrics management, and create relationships with client partners.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and corrective actions to meet operational performance standards.
  • Conduct regular one-on-ones with direct reports to review individual performance and offer developmental coaching.
  • Enhance employee engagement and resolve employee relation issues professionally and timely.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings, define action plans, and drive continuous improvement.

Candidate Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in related field or equivalent experience required.
  • Seven years of experience with at least two years of progressive management experience preferred.
  • Call center experience a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and mentor employees in a fast-paced environment.
