Employee Experience Specialist

In this role as Employee Experience Specialist at Y Finance Inc. (LoanChamp), you will be responsible for fostering a positive company culture through employee engagement programs, promoting collaboration and motivation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement employee recognition and reward programs to boost morale and engagement.
- Create a comprehensive employee value proposition, highlighting our unique culture and benefits.
- Partner with department heads to design and deliver training programs, enhancing skills and knowledge.
Employee Communication:
- Develop internal communications to keep employees informed and motivated, addressing their concerns and feedback.
- Host town hall meetings, departmental updates, and other events to promote transparency and connection.
Wellness & Diversity Initiatives:
- Launch wellness initiatives to promote physical and mental well-being, recognizing the importance of self-care.
- Develop and execute diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies to create a welcoming and inclusive workplace.
Employee Feedback & Voice:
- Establish channels for anonymous feedback and suggestions, empowering employees to contribute to improvements.
- Analyze and address employee concerns, demonstrating a commitment to listening and action.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in employee engagement, organizational development, or a related field.
Proven track record of successfully implementing employee recognition and reward programs, driving engagement and retention.
