Employee Success:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our growing team. This role will assist in all areas of HR management, including employee success, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Employee Development: Develop and implement effective employee development strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  2. Performance Management: Assist in the development and implementation of performance management processes.
  3. Employee Relations: Develop and implement employee relations strategies to improve communication and reduce conflicts.
  4. Benefits Administration: Assist with benefits administration, including open enrollment and employee communications.
  5. Offboarding: Conduct the full offboarding process.
  6. Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements and Characteristics:
  1. Computer Skills: Proficient in Google Suite and preferably Microsoft Office.
  2. HR Experience: Previous start-up experience in an HR Management role preferred.
  3. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  4. Independence: Ability to function independently in a fast-paced environment.
  5. PH Knowledge: Thorough working knowledge of PH HR best practices, payroll processing experience a plus.
  6. Communication: Ability to interface effectively with a diverse, remote workforce.
  7. Demeanor: Professional and customer-oriented demeanor.
