Job Summary

As a seasoned HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our organization by spearheading end-to-end HR operations and ensuring seamless compliance across all facets of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage employee records, contracts, onboarding, offboarding/terminations, and performance documentation with meticulous accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain up-to-date file management and version control in HR systems, ensuring confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Coordinate, track, and document Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) aligned with company policy and consultant guidance, monitoring employee relations issues and escalating appropriately.
  • Partner with leadership and HR consultants on escalations, corrective actions, and resolutions, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant outcomes.
  • Post roles, screen candidates, and schedule interviews in coordination with hiring managers, maintaining structured pipelines and ensuring consistent candidate communication.
  • Track hiring progress and support smooth transitions from offer through onboarding, ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and internal policies.
  • Standardize HR procedures and maintain audit-ready documentation in HR systems, liaising with external HR consultants to implement compliant practices.
  • Track staff training, licenses/certifications, and continuing education requirements, coordinating SHRM prep and professional development support for international staff.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Assistant role, with expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Teams, RingCentral, and HRIS platforms.
  2. Expert knowledge of U.S. HR practices, including PIPs, compliance, and employee relations, with excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  3. Ability to work effectively with international staff, possessing a quiet workspace at home with a reliable internet connection and a computer with at least 8GB RAM and Intel i5/AMD Ryzen 5 or higher processor.
