Job Title: HR Generalist

We are seeking an experienced professional to administer the daily functions of the Human Resource department, encompassing employee inquiries, onboarding processes, and compliance with relevant employment laws.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage human resource programs, including onboarding, offboarding, and position changes
  • Respond to frequently asked questions from employees and managers relative to standard policies, benefits, etc.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation
  • Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records
  • Perform periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years' experience as HR Generalist
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy
  • Excellent organizational skills, high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
  • Ability to work independently and/or as a team member
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field
