About the Human Resources Officer Role

We are seeking a dynamic and people-centered professional to join our team as a Human Resources Officer with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition.

This role involves shaping the heartbeat of the organization by attracting, welcoming, and supporting exceptional talent while nurturing a workplace culture rooted in respect, engagement, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
    1. Coordinate job postings, screen applications, and schedule interviews with warmth and professionalism.
    2. Communicate with candidates in a timely, respectful, and engaging manner.
    3. Support hiring managers with interview logistics and evaluation materials.
    4. Facilitate onboarding experiences that are welcoming, informative, and culturally aligned.
  • Team Engagement & Culture Building:
    1. Assist in planning recognition programs, team-building activities, and cultural celebrations.
    2. Help track birthdays, milestones, and anniversaries—ensuring no one feels overlooked.
    3. Support internal communications that uplift and inform (e.g., newsletters, shout-outs, event teasers).
    4. Collaborate on initiatives that promote inclusivity, wellness, and belonging.
  • HR Administration & Compliance:
    1. Maintain accurate teammate records and databases.
    2. Assist with timekeeping, leave tracking, and benefits coordination.
    3. Ensure HR policies are communicated clearly and updated regularly.
    4. Support audits and compliance checks with diligence and discretion.
  • Performance & Development Support:
    1. Help coordinate feedback cycles, evaluations, and growth conversations.
    2. Track training participation and support learning initiatives.
    3. Assist in organizing workshops, coaching sessions, or leadership development programs.
  • Teammate Relations & Support:
    1. Be a friendly, confidential point of contact for teammate concerns or questions.
    2. Help mediate minor conflicts or misunderstandings with empathy and fairness.
    3. Support exit interviews and offboarding with grace and gratitude.
