
Human Resources Leader

A talented Human Resources professional is sought to drive strategic HR initiatives across various facets of the organization.
This role interfaces openly and effectively with all employees to ensure that HR programs and initiatives are enhancing business results while maintaining a positive, employee-centric company culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, employee engagement, productivity, and development of HR within the organization.
- Collaborate with international HR staff to ensure alignment with the company's mission, vision, and core values.
- Analyze trends and develop metrics to meet key business objectives and goals.
- Provide support and guidance to management on complex, sensitive questions and administer routine tasks in sensitive situations.
- Partner with payroll team to ensure compliance of payroll and tax reporting processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 7+ years' experience in Human Resources required. US HR experience strongly preferred.
- PHR or SHRM Certification Preferred.
- Knowledge of ERISA, FMLA, EEO Compliance, Worker's Compensation, Unemployment Claims processing and COBRA.
