Human Resources Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Operations Specialist to support our HR-related duties on a professional level and work closely with the HR Manager and VP of HR in supporting our organization's HR function.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US Human Resources management and be able to effectively implement human resources programs, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health, and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, compliance, and labor relations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement human resources programs by providing human resources services.
  • Prepare paperwork and facilitate a smooth new hire onboarding process.
  • Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews.
  • Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to employees.
  • Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart.
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate employee satisfaction surveys and give actionable insights to improve employees' experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • 4+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources Operations.
  • Expert level working knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and ATS Systems.
