Human Resources Generalist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Generalist to support our team with various HR tasks. This role will play a key part in managing employee records, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and providing exceptional support to employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Employee Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal details, employment history, and compliance documents.
  • Policy Administration: Ensure all company policies and procedures are up-to-date and communicated effectively to employees.
  • HR Systems Support: Provide technical assistance with HR information systems and ensure they are functioning correctly.
  • Employee Support: Offer exceptional support to employees, addressing their queries and concerns related to HR matters.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires and ensure a seamless offboarding experience for exiting employees.
  • Travel Assistance: Assist with travel arrangements for employees and visitors as required.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a similar role.
  • Education: University degree preferred but not essential; relevant experience can be considered.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and excellent organizational skills.
