Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Order Fulfillment Coordinator to join our team. As an Order Fulfillment Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing order processing activity, including software and hardware fulfillment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the end-to-end quote-to-cash process with a focus on order management to billing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the order management process.
  • Manage subscription order fulfillment utilizing Zuora, including activation and billings.
  • Ensure accuracy of transactions to ensure consistent integrity in revenue reporting.
  • Anticipate problems and initiate actions to ensure customer orders are processed timely and efficiently.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for all order management and fulfillment related tasks.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years related experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales process (bookings, billings, and reporting).
  • Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and execute in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Team player and effective communicator with all levels of order management and cross-functional organizations.
  • High degree of self-awareness and professional maturity.
  • Proven self-starter with demonstrated ability to take initiative.
  • Ability to hold oneself and others accountable and keep initiatives on track.
  • Experience with Zuora and Salesforce is a plus.
