Customer Service Representative Role

This role involves supporting customer service and order fulfillment operations for an e-commerce company.

A successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our e-commerce platform
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records and order information
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment
  • Strong understanding of order management systems and e-commerce platforms

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with inventory management software
  • Familiarity with shipping carriers and logistics processes

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, flexible, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines. This is a remote position that requires strong organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
