Job Overview

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A degree in Customs Administration or a related field is mandatory.
  • More than 5 years of experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry is required.
  • Solid work exposure in end-to-end activities of order processing is essential.
  • Proficiency in using Cargowise, ICS, and Excel is necessary.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously are crucial.
  • Excellent customer service skills are a must.
