Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Client Experience Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional client experiences. This is a senior role that requires strong leadership skills, process improvement expertise, and a passion for driving client success.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a client-facing role or client experience management, with a proven track record of improving client satisfaction and retention rates.
This role involves managing a team of Client Experience Specialists, working closely with other departments to resolve escalations and disputes, and implementing process improvements to enhance the client experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Escalation Resolution (60%): Handle complex client issues, working closely with internal teams to provide timely and effective solutions.
- Team Leadership (10%): Manage the day-to-day performance of the Client Experience Specialist team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure high levels of job satisfaction and performance.
- Process Improvement (20%): Identify areas for process improvement, developing and implementing strategies to enhance the client experience and drive business growth.
- Talent Development (5%): Mentor and develop junior team members, helping them to grow in their careers and achieve their goals.
- Client Success (5%): Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring that we deliver exceptional service and meet their expectations.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, marketing, or communications.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a client-facing role or client experience management, with a proven track record of improving client satisfaction and retention rates.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM platforms, Helpscout Mail, Slack, Asana, Zoom, and Google Suite.
