We are seeking a skilled Technical Client Success Manager to lead our client onboarding and success efforts.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Onboarding & Discovery:
- Develop and implement effective client onboarding processes to capture key goals and pain points.
- Craft comprehensive project briefs for internal teams based on client input.
- Project Coordination & Delivery:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely communication and resolution of issues.
- Create clear task briefs and track deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Maintain accurate timelines, communications, and expectations between clients and internal teams.
- Light QA & Technical Understanding:
- Evaluate developer output to guarantee alignment with client expectations.
- Explore workflows using tools like ChatGPT, Zapier, Make.com, and APIs to enhance technical expertise.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build trust and rapport with clients through proactive communication and support.
- Identify opportunities to further support clients through automation and systemization.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Project Coordination.
- Background working with a technical product or service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Detailed-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple clients or projects simultaneously.
