Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and emotionally intelligent professional to join our team as a HR Generalist.

This role will involve supporting both administrative tasks and people operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent spoken and written English skills, experience in healthcare or operations, and proficiency in Google Workspace, Canva, and basic CRM tools.

  • Clinical Admin and People Operations:
    • Serve as the first point of contact for clinic staff regarding schedules, time off, or pay.
    • Coordinate shift coverage during PTO, sick leave, or call-offs.
    • Log and enter PTO, track attendance, and manage staff schedules.
    • Prepare and submit payroll data through our platform (biweekly).
    • Assist on-site staff in tracking and ordering office and medical supplies.
    • Escalate complex or sensitive HR issues to our external partner for assistance.
  • Business and Sales Support:
    • Track key client renewal dates and prepare employer reports.
  • General Admin Support:
    • Assist with job postings and interview scheduling.
    • Respond to routine internal or patient-facing questions.
    • Help document and maintain internal SOPs.
    • Be accessible via phone, email, and text during EST business hours.
