Job Description

As a seasoned Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and growth of our engineering team.

  • Manage a team of engineers, including recruitment and onboarding to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
  • Oversee the delivery of features within assigned product areas, driving technical excellence and collaboration across teams.

Day-to-Day Activities:

  • Implement Scrum methodology with 2-week sprints, ensuring efficient project management and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Agile Delivery Managers to drive innovation and success.
  • Conduct regular one-on-ones and team meetings to foster open communication and address challenges promptly.
  • Participate in bi-weekly Stakeholder Demos, presenting progress and insights to key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in engineering management or team leadership.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to mentor and develop engineering talent.
