Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive successful renewals and expansions.
  • Work closely with sales teams to identify new opportunities and grow existing customer relationships.
  • Proactively manage at-risk accounts, identify key stakeholders, and develop tailored solutions to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with technical support, product management, and regional sales teams to resolve client requests and escalate as necessary.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve processes and outcomes.
