Claims Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Claims Coordinator to join our team.

In this critical role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional service to our customers by managing and processing claims, resolving issues, and providing support while maintaining quality and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow up on outstanding insurance claims ensuring all follow-ups are properly documented and communicated.
  • Send claims and attachments to insurance companies as necessary.
  • Determine denial validity and address accordingly.
  • Generate reports on outstanding items and ensure timely completion.
  • Resubmit and reprocess claims including grievances and appeals.
  • Clear rejected claims on a weekly basis.
  • Update the office tracker to include all payments posted and if all rejected claims were addressed.
  • Complete assigned follow-ups on office spreadsheets.
  • Retrieve EOBs from insurance portals for posting 100%.
  • Apply correct adjustments during payment posting always uploading EOB.
  • Identify any updates or issues in insurance processes and communicate findings with the team.
  • Work independently maintaining professionalism at all times adhering to work ethics and time schedules.
Requirements:
  • Strong verbal and written English skills with little to no accent when speaking.
  • Background in dental insurance or collections industries.
  • At least three years of hands-on collections experience.
  • Motivated able to work independently remotely.
  • Outstanding organizational time management and follow-up skills.
