Job Opportunity: Benefit Management Specialist

As a direct report to the Supervisor, the Benefit Management Specialist plays a pivotal role in meeting client quality standards by accurately completing data entry tasks in accordance with established requirements and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and process Eligibility Management cases efficiently to meet targets and deliverables in alignment with client processes and specifications.
  • Ensure the accuracy of encoded data, including benefit enrollments, terminations, and processing changes on customer benefit elections.
  • Maintain adherence to standard operating procedures and work instructions for seamless workflow alignment across channels.
  • Participate in project orientation, job-related training, and company-initiated training as necessary to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Perform other tasks related to benefit processing to support daily business operations effectively.
  • Comply with company policies, regulations, and guidelines, including QMS, ISMS, EHS, EMS, and the Data Privacy Act.
  • Address Non-Conformity Corrective Action Preventive Action Concessions (NCAPACs) and audit findings within prescribed timeframes.
  • Report security incidents and identified security weaknesses promptly.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in benefits administration or insurance experience, excellent written and oral communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Additionally, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and diverse environment while maintaining high professional and ethical standards is essential.
