Job Role:

You will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our customers by managing and processing claims while providing support.

  • Follow up on outstanding insurance claims and ensure all follow-ups are properly documented and communicated.
  • Determine the validity of denied claims and send out re-submission notifications to insurance companies.
  • Process OI reports, claim resubmission, and reprocessing on a weekly basis.
  • Update the office tracker with payments posted and address any rejected claims.
  • Generate EFT reports and communicate with the team on any insurance process updates or issues.

Required Skills:

  • Strong command of verbal and written English and interpersonal skills.
  • Background in dental insurance or collections industries.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in collections.
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.
