Regional Operations Manager Opportunity

Overview

The successful candidate will oversee the distribution strategy and operations for food and beverage products within their assigned region.

This role involves building strong relationships with distributors, ensuring efficient product distribution, and driving growth in the regional market.

  • Distributor Relationship Management: Develop and maintain partnerships with distributors to ensure efficient and effective distribution of products.
  • Sales and Performance Targets: Work closely with distributors to set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide support to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Market Analysis & Strategy: Conduct research to identify new distributor opportunities and assess competitive positioning within the region. Develop strategies to increase market share and improve distributor performance.
  • Training & Development: Provide product training, sales support, and marketing assistance to distributors.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure timely product deliveries and manage stock levels with distributors.
  • Performance Reporting: Track and report key metrics such as sales growth, inventory levels, and distributor feedback.
  • Problem Resolution: Address any issues or concerns raised by distributors to maintain strong relationships and minimize disruption.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 8 years experience in food or beverage distribution management in Cebu.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of the food and beverage industry and consumer preferences.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
