Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled HR Specialist to join our team.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing market trends and assessing program guidelines to optimize benefits and compensation packages.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Psychology, Business, or a related field is required.
  • Candidates should have at least six months to one year of experience in HR roles or similar positions.
  • Familiarity with HR principles and basic HR software is essential.

Technical Requirements:

  • Dual Monitor setup required (at least 8GB of RAM).
  • Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed.
