Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are a collaborative unit seeking an experienced professional to fill a key role.
This position involves identifying talented individuals and connecting them with suitable opportunities. You will work closely with colleagues to achieve shared objectives, fostering a supportive environment where everyone can thrive.
- Review candidate applications, assess qualifications, and conduct video interviews
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and identify strong fits
- Document assessments clearly and thoroughly
- Proactively source passive candidates via various platforms
- Develop pipelines for U.S.-based roles, including IT Sales and niche positions
- Endorse qualified candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain engagement
The ideal candidate:
- Must have at least 2 years of recruitment experience (full-cycle or focused on sourcing/screening)
- Should possess strong interviewing skills—able to ask the right questions and assess both fit and potential
- A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field is preferred but not required
- Excellent English communication skills—are clear, professional, and confident in both writing and speaking
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential
- Familiarity with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools is necessary
- Tech-savviness and comfort with remote work tools are also required
