Key Responsibilities

  4. Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to all members, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and enhancing the overall member experience.
  5. Data Analysis: Analyze membership data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, informing decision-making and strategy development.
  6. Training and Development: Provide training, support, and performance feedback to the membership team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
  7. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, sales, and operations, to align membership strategies with overall business goals.
  8. Reporting and Communication: Prepare and present regular reports on membership metrics, performance, and initiatives to senior management.
