Account Manager Role

This is a key position that requires strong commercial and negotiation abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, customer relationship management and account management experience. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

To succeed in this role, you must be able to identify new business opportunities and provide solutions to clients' needs. You will also be required to maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and other relevant information.

You will work effectively in a team environment to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction. Your strong sales and negotiation skills will enable you to build long-lasting relationships with our clients.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer relationship management and account management experience
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

A plus would be experience in the flooring industry.
