Job Description:

As a key business leader, you will oversee the entire order management process, leading teams to deliver results and drive operational excellence. Key responsibilities include managing daily operations, overseeing the lifecycle of orders from receipt to fulfillment, ensuring compliance with policies and client expectations, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders to achieve strategic goals.

The successful candidate will have at least 7–10 years of experience in Order Management or related functions, including at least 3 years in a leadership role. A degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience is required.

You will be responsible for monitoring workflow, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing solutions to improve productivity and accuracy. Additionally, you will ensure high-quality data management and error-free transactions.

In this role, you will serve as the primary escalation point for client concerns related to order management and maintain proactive communication with clients and internal stakeholders to address issues and share updates.

Performance metrics will include SLA/KPI achievement (accuracy, timeliness, productivity), client satisfaction and escalation resolution rates, process efficiency improvements, error reduction, and employee engagement and retention.

Requirements:
  • At least 7–10 years of experience in Order Management or related functions
  • At least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Relevant degree or equivalent work experience
