ERP Operations Specialist

This role involves providing proactive support for order entry, tracking, and ERP-driven operations.

You will work closely with production, logistics, and sales teams to maintain visibility across orders and suggest improvements in workflow where needed.

This is an independent contractor position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Input, manage, and track customer orders within the company's ERP system.
  • Coordinate order status and changes with production, logistics, and sales departments.
  • Monitor production timelines and flag potential delays or issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of orders and shipments.
  • Support internal communication to ensure all teams are aligned on fulfillment timelines.
  • Identify recurring process issues and recommend solutions to improve order flow and ERP accuracy.
  • Collaborate with a remote team during EST working hours.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc).
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Comfort working U.S. hours (EST) in a remote setting.
Benefits:

  • Flexible working schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Night shift PHT).
  • Independent contractor employment type.
