Human Resources Business Partner

This role provides an enabling business support function to internal stakeholders. The HRBP serves as a trusted partner, having a seat at the leadership table for programs they handle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to and define policies and processes aligned with the company's strategy and objectives.
  • Engage with program clients to ensure effective use of Ubiquity People tools and policies across the organization.
  • Drive consistency in attracting, managing, and developing talent to meet organizational needs.
  • Collaborate with all Ubiquity People colleagues to enhance employee engagement and performance.
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of tools and policies and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide expert input on HR issues; design and deliver high-impact solutions meeting business needs.
  • Coach and build capability in people managers to anticipate and pre-empt organizational issues.
  • Participate in relevant projects, leading and championing as appropriate, to uphold the company's reputation as a world-class organization and employer of choice.
  • Stay up-to-date with external trends and HR best practices; drive improvements in tools and policies through market trends and internal insights.
  • Share best practice, intelligence, and potential Ubiquity-wide activities within the HR function; build relationships with external counterparts and stakeholders to explore innovations and partnerships.
  • Anticipate and understand the need for change, diagnose underlying issues, and build a business case for change; plan and manage continuous change including dependencies and risk mitigation.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of relevant HR experience (generalist or specialist) in large complex organizations with multiple stakeholders.
  • At least 2 years of extensive experience operating in a business partner model with local managers to create positive business outcomes.
  • Knowledge of current thinking in Human Resources issues and trends; evidence of Continuing Professional Development.

  • Willingness to relocate and work onsite/night shifts as required.
