Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Development: Directly manage a team of 4-8 operations specialists covering business operations, accounting/HR, administrative support, sales/marketing support, and business technology.
  • Financial Operations: Develop and execute financial plans, ensuring effective budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Strategic Operations & Systems: Design and implement efficient systems, drive process improvements, and leverage technology to enhance business operations.
  • Consultant & Vendor Management: Foster strong relationships with external consultants and vendors, ensuring seamless collaboration and optimal outcomes.
  • Requirements Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans, leveraging financial acumen and operational insight to drive business growth and success.
