We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as Remote Sales Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with existing and potential customers, promoting products and services, and driving revenue through consultative selling and relationship building.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-impact sales campaigns with globally recognized brands. As a Remote Sales Representative, you will have the flexibility to work from home while still being part of a dynamic and growing organization.

To be successful in this role, you must have prior call center experience and reside within a reasonable distance from our office. You should also possess strong communication skills, be self-motivated, and have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, previous call center experience, and work-from-home experience. They should also have strong language proficiency in English, typing speed of 20+ WPM, and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Job Responsibilities
  • Making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
  • Presenting and promoting products and services effectively
  • Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable solutions
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
  • Handling objections and resolving customer concerns professionally
  • Staying up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and training
  • FOLLOWING SCRIPTS, POLICIES, AND PROCEDURES WHILE USING AVAILABLE RESOURCES
  • Escalating complex issues when necessary
  • Maintaining consistent attendance and adhering to scheduling requirements
Candidate Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous call center experience
  • Work from home experience
  • Strong command of the English language
  • TYPING SPEED OF 20+ WPM
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems
  • Skilled in troubleshooting and follow-up
  • Able to multitask and self-manage effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
