Are you a highly organized and customer-focused individual looking for a remote sales support specialist role? We are seeking a proactive and digitally savvy Sales Support Specialist to join our team in this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer data, interactions, and deal progress within our CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Coordinate with the Sales Director and sales representatives to manage schedules, send reminders, and prepare for meetings
  • Draft and send professional, clear, and timely digital communications (emails, SMS) to clients and partner agencies
  • Send pre-meeting reminders to prospects and clients, and ensure follow-up correspondence is issued post-meeting
  • Track and follow up on leads, documentation, and application progress to ensure clients' optimal product use
  • Maintain regular, friendly communication with real estate agents and agencies to support strong, long-term partnerships
  • Keep accurate records of interactions, update trackers, and provide reports as required by the Sales Director

Requirements:

  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including lead management, opportunity tracking, and activity logging
  • Comfort with digital tools including email automation, calendar platforms, and communication systems
  • Exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain structure, and anticipate team needs
  • Excellent grammar, spelling, and email etiquette. Clear, concise, and persuasive writing ability is essential
  • High level of accuracy in record-keeping, data entry, and task tracking
  • Friendly, solution-oriented approach to engaging with customers and agency partners
  • Ability to anticipate and resolve administrative or scheduling issues before they become problems
