British Modules, a UK-based company specializing in mobile accessories and technology products, is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Online Sales Representative to join our team remotely.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential leads and generate new sales.
  • Manage and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat orders.
  • Engage with customers via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other approved channels.
  • Process and finalize orders through British Modules' website and approved payment platforms (no direct payment handling).
  • Ensure customer information is handled securely in line with UK data protection regulations.

Compensation

  • $3.50 USD/hour incentive for verified outbound sales calls.
  • Commission structure:
  • £0.50 GBP per unit sold.
  • 3% on lower-value items (e.g., phone cases/covers).
  • 5% on screen protectors & British Modules trademarked products.
  • Payments are made via PayPal or bank transfer after customer payments are processed.

Requirements

  • Experience in telesales, customer service, or business development (preferred).
  • Strong communication skills with a professional phone manner.
  • Ability to work independently, manage leads, and close sales.
  • Reliable computer/laptop and smartphone for work purposes.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined with good time management.
  • Acknowledges self-employment status (responsible for own taxes & contributions).
