  • We are seeking a highly experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background in the hotel or hospitality industry.
  • The ideal candidate will be both a strategist and a hands-on executor, comfortable advising senior leadership while also rolling up their sleeves to get things done.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy tailored to multiple hotel properties, including proposed approaches to achieve direct booking and occupancy goals.
  • Design and manage marketing campaigns across digital, print, and traditional channels to increase brand awareness and bookings.
  • Optimise the company's online presence—oversee website content/design, SEO, and social media platforms, ensuring the site supports direct booking growth.

Our ideal candidate has experience in sales and a deep understanding of hospitality marketing. They should have a strong track record in both strategic planning and hands-on execution.

They will work closely with our team to refine marketing and sales approaches, monitor campaign performance, and provide strategic advice to senior leadership on opportunities.
