Job Opportunity: Jewelry Production Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Jewelry Production Manager to oversee our daily production operations, ensuring quality control and timely order fulfillment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in jewelry making, vendor coordination, materials sourcing, and production workflow management. They will be responsible for managing production schedules, allocating workloads, and tracking progress across internal teams and external manufacturers.

The successful candidate will also be able to source and manage relationships with material suppliers and subcontractors (casting, polishing, plating, etc.). They will maintain detailed production documentation including BOMs (Bill of Materials), cost sheets, and timelines.

In addition, they will implement and enforce quality control standards across all stages of production, forecast inventory needs, and ensure all necessary materials (metals, stones, findings) are procured on time.

Troubleshooting production issues, minimizing delays, and optimizing efficiency and cost will also be key responsibilities. The candidate will collaborate with sales, merchandising, and logistics teams to align production with customer demand and seasonal launches.

Maintaining compliance with ethical and sustainability standards in materials and labor, where applicable, is essential.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in jewelry production or manufacturing management.
  • Strong knowledge of jewelry materials, processes (casting, stone setting, polishing), and supply chain.
  • Familiar with CAD/CAM and jewelry design software.
  • Strong vendor and supplier management experience.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for craftsmanship and quality.
  • Experience communicating with the factory.
  • Understanding how to read a CAD.
  • Knowledge in Diamonds.
