Job Title: Zoho Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage the migration of our jewelry company's operations to Zoho. The ideal candidate will lead the transition, ensuring seamless integration between Zoho and QuickBooks.

The successful candidate will be responsible for migrating company data and processes to Zoho (inventory, customers, sales, invoices, and integrations), maintaining and optimizing the Zoho system for efficiency and accuracy, training team members on using Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory, and other Zoho applications, and troubleshooting and resolving system issues.

In addition to technical skills, the ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to train and support team members in utilizing Zoho efficiently.

Responsibilities:
  • Migrate company data and processes to Zoho.
  • Ensure seamless integration between Zoho and QuickBooks.
  • Maintain and optimize the Zoho system for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Train team members on using Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory, and other Zoho applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory, and Zoho Books implementation and management.
  • Strong understanding of QuickBooks and its integration with Zoho.
  • Background in inventory management, sales tracking, and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to optimize business workflows.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to train and support team members in utilizing Zoho efficiently.
