Technical Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Technical Resolution Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for efficiently resolving customer support tickets and providing expert assistance in technical issues related to SQL, Linux, networking, and VPNs.
Key Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot complex technical problems with databases, networks, and operating systems.
- Collaborate with clients to deliver exceptional results and outcomes.
- Provide after-hours/holiday support when necessary.
- 4+ years' experience in SQL, production environments, and client support.
- Proficiency in Linux OS and network administration.
- Familiarity with relational databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Cloud systems, Java/JSP/jQuery knowledge, or Salesforce admin experience.
- Experience in utility industries or Smart Grid exposure.
- ITIL/ITSM background.
