We are seeking a skilled Lead Generator to create a qualified sales pipeline and book discovery calls by owning inbound first responses and executing disciplined outbound outreach.
The ideal candidate will manage all inbound leads, run outbound campaigns via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email, and light calling, qualify prospects against agreed criteria, capture detailed notes, and set clear next steps.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Management: Manage all inbound leads (speed-to-lead, triage, and booking next steps).
- Outbound Campaigns: Run outbound campaigns via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email, and light calling.
- Prospect Qualification: Qualify prospects against agreed criteria, capture detailed notes, and set clear next steps.
- Personalized Outreach: Personalize outreach by persona and brand, ensuring consistency with brand tone.
- CRM Hygiene: Maintain CRM accuracy including stages, fields, tasks, and activity logging.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Marketing on sequences, EDMs, and leveraging content.
- Reporting: Provide weekly reports on activities, meetings, show rates, and SQLs per brand.
