Our company is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Representative to generate new business opportunities and support our sales team.
This role involves conducting outbound prospecting, primarily through email, to identify and engage key decision-makers, qualify leads, and schedule meetings. You will work closely with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies, improve messaging, and share insights on campaign performance.
Responsibilities:- Conduct outbound prospecting via email to set qualified meetings
- Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers
- Personalize outreach messaging to maximize engagement and response rates
- Manage and track outreach activity, follow-ups, and meeting scheduling in CRM
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategy and messaging
- Provide feedback on campaign performance and suggest improvements
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Representative with 3–6 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales role with a focus on email outreach and meeting setting. Strong research, communication, and relationship-building skills are essential.
A strong understanding of CRM, outreach platforms, and calendar scheduling tools such as Gmail, Apollo, HubSpot, LinkedIn, Pipedrive is required. Experience with email sequencing/personalization tools, basic data enrichment platforms, and self-motivation are desirable.
