Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Resolve customer complaints on the first call by applying effective problem-solving skills.
  • Access relevant information across systems to support customer needs.
  • Document interactions accurately and process claims effectively.
  • Provide clear guidance to customers to find suitable solutions.
  • Follow established scripts, policies, and procedures while utilizing available resources.
  • Protect customer confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with training, updates, and program knowledge.
  • Adhere to consistent attendance and scheduling requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous call center experience.
  • Work-from-home experience.
  • Strong command of the English language.
  • Typing speed of 20+ words per minute.
  • High-speed internet connection.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
  • Ability to multitask and self-manage effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
