We're seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Specialist to join our team. As the go-to expert on our products, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing product strategies that drive business growth.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify product opportunities, working with suppliers to source high-quality products, and providing technical support to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Development: Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date product information, including specifications, documentation, and inventory levels.
  • Supplier Management: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Technical Support: Provide expertise to customers, addressing their questions and concerns related to our products.
  • Inventory Management: Forecast demand, manage inventory levels, and optimize stockroom efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in product management, technical sales, or engineering, with a strong understanding of flow control and automation components. They should be able to read and interpret technical drawings, BOMs, and spec sheets, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
