Key Performance Indicators Specialist

We are seeking a skilled specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of technical implementation and setup processes, as well as excellent communication skills to ensure seamless collaboration with team members.

  • The Key Performance Indicators Specialist will be responsible for supporting the Technical Account Management Team in implementing and setting up clients on our products, ensuring timely delivery of tasks and providing high-quality technical support and troubleshooting services.
  • To excel in this role, candidates must have acquired strong product knowledge through hands-on experience and interaction with subject matter experts. They should also be able to communicate effectively with all team members to facilitate responsive teamwork.
  • Achieving client success using our products is a key objective for this position. To accomplish this, the Key Performance Indicators Specialist will need to acquire in-depth knowledge of our products and collaborate with the Technical Account Management Team to ensure effective implementation and setup.
Responsibilities:
  • Support the Technical Account Management Team with the implementation and setup of clients on our products.
  • Provide high-quality technical support and troubleshooting services to ensure client success.
  • Maintain and enhance product knowledge through continuous learning and interaction with subject matter experts.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members to ensure timely task delivery.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
