We are seeking a skilled and compassionate professional to join our team as a customer service representative.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong ability to problem-solve.
This role requires the ability to multitask, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
As a customer service representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing them with accurate and timely information about our products and services.
You will also be responsible for resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming phone calls from healthcare providers, identify assistance needs, and resolve issues on the first call.
- Navigate complex computer systems to provide appropriate responses and facilitate solid relationships with providers and their staff.
- Deliver information and answer questions in a positive manner.
- Complete necessary documentation to track provider issues and report overall trends.
This role is equally challenging and rewarding, requiring you to develop knowledge of our various products and multiple levels of benefits within each product.
Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
- Familiarity with computers and Windows PC applications, including ability to navigate and learn new complex system applications.
- Demonstrated ability to listen skillfully, collect relevant information, build rapport, and respond to customers in a compassionate manner.
- 1+ years of experience in a related environment using phones and computers as primary job tools.
- Healthcare experience.
