Customer Service Team Member

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Service Team Member. In this role, you will be responsible for managing hotel reservations, providing excellent customer service, and resolving guest concerns efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls for hotel bookings, ensuring accurate information on rates, availability, and policies is provided to guests.
  • Assist with reservations, cancellations, and special requests, using strong communication skills to resolve guest concerns and provide a positive experience.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written.
  • Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required; however, the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment is essential.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
