Customer Service Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to assist with hotel bookings, resolve guest concerns and provide exceptional support to enhance the customer experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound/outbound calls for hotel reservations.
  • Process bookings, cancellations and special requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide accurate information on rates, availability and policies to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Key Requirements:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
