Client Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Client Support Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional support to clients, ensuring their concerns are resolved effectively and efficiently.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Head Client Manager in managing inbound client inquiries and troubleshooting issues faced by clients.
  • Gaining a deep understanding of client issues through shadowing for 1 to 2 months.
  • Develop proficiency in handling various client inquiries independently after training.
  • Providing timely and accurate responses to clients.
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure clear, professional communication.
  • Handling sensitive client information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Continuously improving client management skills and staying updated on relevant technology.

Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in client management or communication.
  • Confident in phone communication, capable of troubleshooting frustrated clients.
  • Proficient in DocuSign and PDF editing applications.
  • Strong communication skills, both over the phone and via email.
  • Team player who asks questions for clarity.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
