About the Role

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing client accounts, ensuring seamless onboarding processes, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the account opening and client documentation workflow.
  2. Oversee the documentation process for external clients and internal business partners.
  3. Communicate effectively with external clients and internal business partners.
  4. Conduct research for product setup and account opening to assess documentation requirements.
  5. Ensure documentation conforms to legal guidelines, policies, and standards.
  6. Ensure deal deliverables are met, managing implementation issues, escalations, and error resolution.
  7. Demonstrate creative problem-solving and sound judgment in decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant experience or knowledge of legal documentation, account products, entity organizational documents, tax documentation, and other documentation types.
  • Ability to review and analyze information from multiple sources and determine relevancy.
  • Proven ability to independently identify issues, analyze problems, and provide viable account and documentation solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to successfully manage conflict.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Working knowledge of risk factors impacting specific products and industries.
