Customer Experience Specialist

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of our customers, helping them with their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have. If you have a positive attitude, patience, strong computer skills, and the ability to solve problems, we want to hear from you.

What You Can Expect:
  • To provide excellent customer service
  • To communicate with customers over the phone, via email, and/or online chat
  • To multitask on multiple computer screens and windows to attend to the customer's concern
  • To resolve issues while providing an exceptional customer experience
Requirements:
  • You must be of legal working age
  • You must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent
  • You must have at least 1 year of customer service experience (BPO or Non-BPO)
  • You must have exceptional communication skills
  • You must be able to type 35 words per minute
  • You must have basic computer navigation skills
  • You must have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
