Client Relations Specialist Job Overview

As the primary point of contact for assigned clients, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and building strong relationships with high-value clients.

This role requires a professional and empathetic approach to handle sensitive feedback and complex interactions. You will serve as the main contact via multiple channels (Telegram, WhatsApp, Zoom, email), resolve service issues directly when possible, and escalate critical concerns with full context.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a client-facing role, experience handling VIP or high-profile clients, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with rotating shifts.

You will collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs promptly, document all client interactions, and participate in ongoing training to stay aligned with SOPs and client strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main contact for assigned clients via multiple channels.
  • Handle sensitive feedback and complex interactions with empathy and professionalism.
  • Resolve service issues directly when possible; escalate critical concerns with full context.
  • Document all client interactions in ClickUp and internal folders.
  • Track onboarding progress, status reports, and contract communications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs promptly.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in a client-facing role (chat, phone, email).
  • Experience handling VIP or high-profile clients.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage demanding personalities and de-escalate tense situations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
