Job Description

The Customer Account Liaison is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients. This individual will serve as a key point of contact, providing timely and effective communication to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

The Customer Account Liaison will work closely with internal departments to address client inquiries and resolve issues in a prompt and professional manner. They will also identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, working collaboratively with the sales team to drive revenue growth and expansion.

This role requires a high level of organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously. The successful candidate will be able to analyze complex situations and provide creative solutions to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Communication and Resolution: Provide timely and effective communication to clients, resolving issues and addressing inquiries in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, working collaboratively with the sales team to drive revenue growth and expansion.
