Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service through various support channels while adhering to strict SLAs.
  • Maintain and update knowledge bases to ensure efficient issue resolution and minimize escalations.
  • Proactively identify and escalate technical issues, prioritizing customer satisfaction above all else.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine operational processes and enhance overall customer experience.
  • Serve as a critical liaison between customers and product/engineering teams, facilitating the exchange of valuable feedback and driving data-driven decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in dynamic environments.
  • A strong commitment to maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
  • Demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • An independent spirit capable of thriving in remote or distributed settings.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and openness to constructive feedback.
  • Familiarity with tools like Front, Intercom, Stripe, Notion, Zapier, G-Suite, JIRA, and Zendesk is highly desirable but not required.
