Key Responsibilities:- Provide top-notch customer service through various support channels while adhering to strict SLAs.
- Maintain and update knowledge bases to ensure efficient issue resolution and minimize escalations.
- Proactively identify and escalate technical issues, prioritizing customer satisfaction above all else.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine operational processes and enhance overall customer experience.
- Serve as a critical liaison between customers and product/engineering teams, facilitating the exchange of valuable feedback and driving data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in dynamic environments.
